Fanart of Erin Hunter's "Warriors" books, of Cloudtail and Brightheart.
If you havn't read Warriors, it's a fantastic read (All the series). Meant for young readers, but as an adult myself, I thoroughly enjoy them.

Cloudtail and Brightheart are such an 'opposites attract' couple, but they work out so briliantly! Cloudtail who is headstrong, and Brightheart, meek and humble. They are rarely seen without the other one, which is why I had to draw both Cloudtail and Brightheart here instead of just one.
For a little backstory about Brightheart; she was attacked by dogs in the book and lost her eye, and it scarred up her face. Since she is so caring, she always feels bad for herself because she thinks her scars scare other cats. I tried to make the scars gruesome, something that kits would be horrified of, and a face that only Cloudtail could love.

Thank you n.n I'm pretty happy with it too, at least the long fur. I had trouble with Brightheart because I couldnt draw fur strands :E

Yay another fan :D Yes they are :) I never really liked Cloudtail (especially as an apprentice) but he and Brightheart are too cute X3

The shading on Cloudtail is amazing, I love the tail and chest fur. xD Brightheart's scar is awesome too. :3
