DeviantArt is a nice place and all, but I've sorta outgrown it and it doesn't bring me the joy it once did when I joined over 10 years ago (yikes!).
I will still continue to upload my finished, colored, generally good pieces here, that won't stop! But for anyone who's a big fan and wants to see EVERYTHING I upload online, including sketches and various anthro work which I don't upload here, you'll need to follow me on other sites!
The sites in which I upload pretty much everything are:
Twitter - @IdessArt - My public art twitter, I will open for commissions here FIRST before posting anywhere else and also link to new pieces of art I upload, no matter where they are! This is probably the best place to keep track of everything Idess Art; the main hub if you will!
Weasyl - www.weasyl.com/~idess - Weasyl is a great website that's better than any other art site I've used! It's still fairly small but has a great community and amazing features. With very few exceptions, I will upload all my art here, including sketches that would never get to DA. I highly recommend joining Weasyl; there's tons of great artists on there to follow as well (you'd be surprised, your favorite artist might be there already!)
FurAffinity - www.furaffinity.net/user/idess… - Though FA is a bit more of a niche community, I upload all my sketches and anthro art there as well. FA is great for business so that's also a good place to catch rare commission openings as well!

I am also a few other places but they are all updated as much as Deviantart (ie Tumblr), so if you're stubborn and want to stick to DA that's that :) Again, I'm not really gone from DA, I still visit here maybe once a day or so, but I did want to let everyone know that this is not the best place to follow my art anymore!

:bulletred: Do I take requests/trades/commissions?
Requests: NO
Trades: NO
Commissions: YES (but not always open. I will likely never open for commissions on Deviantart; if interested please follow me at IdessArt on Twitter, Idess on Weasyl, Idess on FurAffinity, or email me at idessfolf AT gmail!)

Please keep in mind that I am a PROFESSIONAL ARTIST and as thus DO NOT take points for commissions! I live off my art and so my commissions are USD only. Commission Prices are listed above.

:bulletred: ART USAGE:
YES You can use my art on your blog, roleplay, etc. (As long as my signature/watermark stays on and it is not used for profit)
YES You can save my art onto your computer and use for personal use (desktops, print it out on your binder, etc)
YES You can trace or reference my art as long as you give credit if you upload it online. "Credit" means a simple "referenced from Idess" in the description. If I see a trace without credit being given, I will ask you to give credit.

NO You cannot upload my art to your DeviantART or other art account. Art websites are for your OWN art, not other peoples.
NO You cannot ever use my art for any sort of profit (real or fake).
NO You cannot use my art as 'adoptables', nor can you trace or use my arts lineart for adoptables/bases/recolors.

I didn't want to take up more of your art's comment space, but if you want to visit here (Southwest) I highly discourage California area, and Grand Canyon can be very pricey.

However, in New Mexico/Arizona some cool things to see are the national parks at Pecos and Fort Union, the Lava Flows that are West of Albuquerque, East of the Arizona border, the petrified forest in Arizona, and possibly the HUGE open plains in Western Texas panhandle along I-40. I was dumbstruck with how far I could see.

Anyway, last bit of advice on that! Albuquerque has some history, and so does Santa Fe, but both are overpriced to really go and experience in some cases, unless you know where to go.

Hope that helps in future endeavors!

Thanks so much! I grew up in California but the far Northern part; I've actually never really been South of the Bay area lol! Though I don't think I'd ever want to vacation down there in SoCal anyway, always seemed pretty gross to me XP
I appreciate the tips!
